Shochu Diet: week-6

I’m sure you’re all wondering just how this shochu diet is going.



6 weeks and I’ve lost 9.4 lbs.

My Wii Fit, for the first time since I bought it nearly 2 years ago, is finally saying “That’s Normal” when I do a body test. I can’t tell you how annoying it was for someone who considers themselves active and fit to hear “That’s Overweight!” every time I’d take a test.

Admittedly, this diet is as much about drinking less beer and eating more Japanese food in substitution for western meals, but it’s more fun to think about it as a drinking diet.
